Flamingo Pier 
Boogie in the forest at Waiheke's annual one-day festival at the Rangihoua Olive Grove with an open-air stage, and hidden dance floors under tree canopies. DJ sets and live acts include Tim Sweeney, Harvey Sutherland, CC:DISCO!, Lord Echo, and High Hoops, with food, drink and art installations onsite.

North West Wine, Beer and Food Festival 
A trio of the country's top talent, Gin Wigmore, Tami Neilson and Jed Parsons, will croon at The Hunting Lodge Winery in Waimauku. This one-day boutique festival is also a showcase for local vineyards, breweries and restaurants including The Tasting Shed, Hallertau, The Riverhead and The Hunting Lodge serving their crowd-favourite dishes.

Auckland Arts Festival
It's all on for this year's Arts festival with one of the best and biggest programmes to date including over 40 events and 110 performances across theatre, dance, music and visual arts at venues city-wide. Anno Domini
The annual rooftop party for electronic music fans or those who just fancy a beer in the sun returns up top to Auckland Art Gallery. Catch the last two both on a Sunday with UK's Floating Points a.k.a Sam Shepherd (Feb 3) and DJ Nina Kraviz and Valentino Mora (Feb 17) headlining. Food and drink is onsite, including Morningside's Electric Chicken.

ZM Float
Float your boat this summer with ZM's one-of-a-kind music lakeside festival. Rotorua's sparkling Lake Tikitapu pumps up its floating stage for performances to thousands out on the water or on the shore. The line up includes Mitch James, Drax Project, Sachi, Jupiter Project, Balu Brigada and a special appearance by Stan Walker.
