Watch: Czech man-made lake becomes tourist attraction

This man-made lake atop a Czech mountain is used to produce electricity. The hydroelectric plant underneath can go quickly into action by rushing the water into its turbines. When there is surplus of electricity in the grid, the plant uses that power to pump the water back up the hill and into the reservoir.
