South Island company RetailX will list on the Stock Exchange's New Capital Market on Wednesday.
RetailX is offering 1.2 million shares at 50c each to raise $600,000.
The total number of shares issued will be 2.4 million. Company directors have already subscribed for the balance of shares - 1.2 million - at 25c each, with a total value of $300,000.
RetailX plans to identify opportunities in the "bricks and mortar" and e-commerce retail sectors, it said in its prospectus.
The minimum offer is for 1000 shares, worth $500.
