Goodall man takes on projects for Bayleys

Former Goodall ABL chief John Greenwood has moved to Bayleys Real Estate.

Goodall ABL went into voluntary liquidation earlier this year, with debts estimated at $20 million.

At Bayleys, Mr Greenwood will specialise in project marketing for coastal and waterfront properties.

It is a segment of the market on which Bayleys will focus considerable attention.

Mr Greenwood is a former director of Colliers Jardine and also worked at Jonmer Projects, North Shore.
