A movie stunt gone wrong led to a skier falling 1600 feet down a mountain in Alaska.
Veteran Ian McIntosh was taking part in the filming of Paradise Awaits in the Neacola Mountains when he dropped into an area he thought he had studied.
But an unseen trench on oneof his first turns meant he lost control and started to tumble.
Co-founder of Teton Gravity Research, the action sports media company behind the film, Todd Jones, has said in the YouTube video post it "was the most terrifying crash I've ever seen".
