An armed robbery of a patrol vehicle in South Africa has been captured on Google Street View.
The Google Street View photos, which were taken in February, show an armed robber pointing a gun at a security guard in Johannesburg.
The Google car passes and snaps a shot of one of the suspects pointing a gun at the ADT driver as he is forced onto the grass.
He is dragged away from his vehicle and searched.
It is not clear what happened next or whether the ADT staff member was injured, the Daily Mail reported.
It is also not clear whether the van in this incident was on patrol or was responding to an alarm call from a customer.
According to International Business Times ADT security guards are prime targets for hijacking by criminal gangs, as they often carry weapons, ammunition, and body armour.
Google confirmed it is looking into the incident and said it always cooperates with police when required in such cases, the Daily Mail reported.
