New cars, old cars, hot rods, vans, motorbikes, boats, fire engines, buses... if it had an engine it was probably on display at the Protector Insurance River City Park-Up on the weekend.
Organiser Gillian Hooper from the Wanganui Road Rodders said she was delighted by the turn-out, with around 600 vehicles and their owners arriving from Whanganui and all over the North Island.
The cars completely filled the playing fields at Whanganui City College.
This is the first year the Road Rodders have hosted the show, formerly known as the Classic Car show.
