Back from a one-year hiatus, the Wellington LUX Light Festival features five new precincts guaranteeing an explosion of light, colour and sound to those visiting the Wellington City Centre.

Don't miss Freemans Bay artist Craig Neilson and his Wanderwave Foundation which combines waveforms, vibrations, strobe-lighting and music to create a unique spectacle of water shapes in the air.

The kids can enjoy the show with a glowing gelato from Gelissimo's LUX range while adults have a warmer drink with a kick at Moonshine Bar, the newest pop-up right in the heart of the LUX action of Frank Kitts Park.
