Kiwi racer Mitch Evans has had a race weekend to forget at the German Grand Prix.

The Pertamina Campos Racing driver endured a DNF in Sunday's feature race while he could only muster a lowly 10th in the Monday sprint race in the GP2 championship.

Former Toyota Racing Series star Alex Lynn took the win in the sprint race.

Evans remains eighth in the standings on 77 points while the leaders Sergey Sirotkin and Pierre Gasly are on 113.

The next race is in Belgium.
