World's Strongest Man competitor and Games of Thrones actor Hafthor Bjornsson has revealed his diet ahead of this year's competition.
The Icelandic strongman, who portrays the Mountain in Game of Thrones, was runner-up at last year's event.
Last year he beat a 1000-year-old record set at the World's Strongest Viking competition in Norway, where he carried a 10m long 650kg log for five steps.
In a Facebook post, Bjornsson shared his daily diet ahead of the 2016 World's Strongest Man event.
In total he eats 900 grams of beef, more than 1.5kg of sweet potatoes or potatoes and up to 14 eggs.
