A disguised member of the New Zealand baseball team entertained the crowd during a rain delay in Taiwan on Sunday with a bizarre rain dance.
The Diamond Blacks were forced to wait five hours to begin their World Baseball Classic qualifier final against Chinese Taipei.
To help keep the crowd entertained a Diamond Blacks team member wore his pants and shoes on the top half of his body and a team jersey on the bottom half, before running out onto the soaked tarp which covered the diamond.
The New Zealand players also danced to the Korean pop tune of "Gangnam Style" and threw balls to the crowd as a reward for their patience.
The match eventually got underway with Chinese Taipei booking a spot in the 2013 World Baseball Classic with a 9-0 victory.
Despite the defeat the previously unranked New Zealand side were the surprise package of the tournament which included a 10-6 upset over a Philippines squad loaded with Minor League players and also a 12-2 victory over Thailand which included MLB star Johnny Damon.
