The first of Lynlee's goodies I try looks like a coconut slice with chocolate and coconut topping on a biscuit base.
It has an oaty base by the looks of it, old-fashioned like mum used to make. Oh, it's ... it's nice!
Reminds me of Anzac biscuits in the base. It's not too sweet, just nice.
I have no idea what the next one is. It's a flaky pastry base and something that looks like toffee on top. Ah, ginger. That's interesting, quite neat. I'll have another bit.
Then what looks like a rice bubbles square, crunchy ... classic. Not too sweet. She's got it right.
To produce what she has without being able to eat it herself, Lynlee is either very, very good with recipes or she has a team of good tasters. I encourage her to continue and add to her range.
