Well-known microbiologist Dr Siouxsie Wiles has teamed up with artists, schoolchildren and bioluminescent bugs to create the unique bacterial glow-in-the-dark paintings in giant petri dishes. The works are going to be shown at a free exhibition, SciGlow, at Silo Park this weekend, where people will also have a chance to have a go at doing this stuff.
