Missing 86-year-old Christchurch woman found

The 86-year-old woman who was earlier reported missing by Canterbury Police has been found.

She was found by a member of the public in Halswell and has been returned to her family, Police report.

Bernice Allen, 86, who has dementia, went missing around 10.30am. She was last seen at South City Shopping Centre in central Christchurch.

Police would like to thank all who offered their assistance.
