The Warriors might have a new mascot -- a psychic Pokemon.

The boys take on the Manly Sea Eagles at the nib Stadium, in Perth, on Saturday night.

At the Auckland Airport today, players Ken Maumalo and Shaun Johnson bumped into a Pokemon just before boarding their flight.

A photo of the pair with Psyduck was snapped and posted to the team's official social media pages with the caption: "Boys were a bit star-struck when they saw Psyduck at the airport."

It seems several members of the team have joined the craze for Pokemon Go, a new game app based on the popular 90s children's programme.

Psyduck is known for its psychic abilities and the unfortunate side effect of having constant headaches.
