Police are looking for a Christchurch man who has been missing since December.
Richard Hinkley, 49, was last seen at Kiwibank in Edgeware on December 12, 2015 wearing dark pants, a black t-shirt with a large white pattern on the front and a blue peaked cap with a dark blue logo on the front.
"We are building a picture of what may have happened to Richard and liaising with his family who have become increasingly concerned for his welfare," Detective Sergeant Michael Freeman said.
Richard is 184cm tall, of a solid build and with a shaved head. He generally wears a beanie or hat.
Meanwhile, police are looking for an Auckland woman who hasn't been seen since Saturday.
Rangitihi Raukawa, 33, went missing from a Manurewa address.
Police and family are concerned for her safety as she is on medication which she has not taken with her.
She is Maori, of stocky build and approximately 161 centimetres tall.
