A man charged with the manslaughter of a woman whose body has never been found has been denied parole as he continues to be a threat against women.
Mark Edward Pakenham, 53, is currently serving six years and seven months in jail for the manslaughter of his girlfriend, Waikato woman Sara Niethe.
Ms Niethe went missing in 2003. In 2013, Pakenham admitted killing her "accidentally" after consensually injecting her with methamphetamine on March 30, 2003.
He told authorities, and maintains his stance still, that he does not know where her body is.
A parole decision released today reveals a psychological report was carried out in May this year. Results showed Pakenham gave inconclusive and contrary answers and also showed limited insight into his offending.
