Police say she was likely to be on foot in the Henderson area or trying to head towards Golf Road, New Lynn.

"Christine's family and police have concerns for her safety as she may be in a confused state."

She is described as European with a fair complexion, 170cm tall, with straight hair cut in a bob style, light brown and grey coloured hair, with a slim build and wearing long dark pants and a cardigan of unknown colour.

Police are asking any residents and commuters in the area to call Henderson Police Station on 839 0600 if anyone sees her.
