A shopkeeper was injured when two women armed with a gun robbed an Auckland dairy this afternoon.
Police said the offenders demanded money from a woman working at the dairy on Puhinui Rd in Papatoetoe about 2.20pm.
A struggle took place, during which the shopkeeper suffered facial injuries.
One of the women, who was restrained by people in the shop, was arrested later by police. The second woman fled on foot with the gun.
The shopkeeper was treated by St John ambulance staff for injuries to her face.
