Daylight saving ends this weekend

Kiwis are being reminded to turn their clocks back one hour before going to bed tonight.

Daylight saving officially ends in the early hours of tomorrow morning, when 3.00am becomes 2.00am.

The Fire Service is also encouraging householders to use daylight saving as a reminder to check they have working smoke alarms installed.
