Now this is really scary. No, not the movie, but the fact that George Bush and his son both belonged to the Yale University secret society, the Skulls and Bones, on which this movie is based.
Uni rowing star Luke McNamara (Joshua Jackson) is admitted to the Skulls. This involves initiation ceremonies, after which he and fellow wannabes find $10,000 in their ATM accounts, are supplied with hookers and new sports cars. The Skull badge is branded on their wrists, but they get shiny new watches to cover the scar.
When Luke's best friend, black student journalist Will (Hill Harper), tries to investigate the Skulls, bad things happen. Many powerful men still take the Skulls seriously. More bad things happen.
By this time you will not care, unless you are worried about the sort of man who used to run the CIA and the USA and whose son has followed in his footsteps.
