Police teams are still negotiating with a man they believe to be armed, who's holed up inside a house at Auckland's Eastern Beach. A house in The Esplanade is cordoned off and immediate neighbours have been evacuated.The drama's been going on since about 10am yesterday. The Armed Offenders' Squad is there with expert negotiators. He's believed to have made threats to himself and isn't considered dangerous to anyone else.
