Sometimes the best ideas are the most simple - just like this $86 key ring.

Sure it sounds like a lot of money for a key ring, but just think back to the frustrations you felt when making a mess ripping apart your couch/bedroom looking for your keys.

Or even worse, the heartbreak you feel when you realise you misplaced keys in public.

As you might have expected, this gadget comes with the ability to track your keys, but this isn't the only trick you will find with this product.

The KeySmart Pro could be best described as a Swiss Army knife for keys given its ability to organise the mangled mess of metal making minced meat of your thighs.

To use the gadget you simply have to unscrew the KeySmart, place your keys between spacers and then screw it back together. Then you simply fold out the key you need to use before pushing it back into the product.

KeySmart also give the option to add accessories including a bottle opener, USB flash drive or golf divot tool - because you never know when you are going to need one of those.
And for those of you with more keys than Simpons episodes, there is the option of buying an expansion to ensure nothing is left behind.

What makes this device different from the company's other key rings is the fact it has the Tile tracking system built into the KeySmart itself, which means you can organise and track without the need for another dongle.

Setting up the device is as simple as download the iOS or Android Tile app and syncing your KeySmart Pro - this will allow you to use the two life saving features.

The first is an 8-bit tune your KeySmart will play when directed by the app on your phone, which is designed to help you locate your keys faster.

Impressively, the feature also works in reverse and lets you double press the Tile button on the KeySmart Pro to make your phone start making noise - worth the $86 price tag alone.

The second key feature is the ability to show you the most recent location of your keys so you can get close enough to listen for the sound.

As you would expect with this technology, the KeySmart Pro is battery operated and the company claim you can get a couple of weeks from each charge if you are not constantly using it to locate your keys, but if it does die you can just charge with a Micro-USB.
