Kyle Street returns from a wee break during which he opened his own restaurant, Culprit, in Auckland City (if you haven't been yet you are seriously missing out). I don't think I have ever craved a carrot but Culprit's ugly carrot has me weak at the knees. But first, we're roasting beetroot to serve with a kombucha vinaigrette for dinner tonight.
