100g top quality cocoa
200g melted butter
400g castor sugar
4 size 6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1tsp baking powder
200g chocolate chips and 1 bag maltesers
1 Heat oven to 150C
2 Sift cocoa in a bowl.
3 Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix.
4 Sift in the flour, baking powder and fold in the chocolate chips and the bag of maltesers.
5 Spread mixture evenly on a flat tray with high sides and bake for an hour. When touched, it should bounce back nicely. Leave it for 15 minutes, then cut and enjoy!
