Photo / Michael Craig 100g top quality cocoa200g melted butter400g castor sugar4 size 6 eggs1 tsp vanilla90g flour1tsp baking powder200g chocolate chips and 1 bag maltesers1 Heat oven to 150C2 Sift cocoa in a bowl.3 Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix. 4 Sift in the flour, baking powder and fold in the chocolate chips and the bag of maltesers.
