Get moving and dance for good health, and have fun at the same time.

1. Bollywood Dancing
Auckland has plenty of places to learn Bollywood Dancing and Anju Desai is one of our favourite teachers. She runs classes all over town, including Glenfield, Titirangi and Te Tuhi Arts Centre in Papakura. Anju can also put together private Bollywood themed parties in your home with delicious food, or at the venue of your choice and her bridal parties are legendary. But don't take our word for it, make time to visit the vivacious Anju for yourself.

2. Line Dancing
Boot-scooting Annette is a champion line dance instructor. She puts on western-themed entertainment for every occasion, and knows how to get the most reluctant dancers out on the floor. From team building, hens' nights, 21sts, weddings and Christmas functions, no event is too big or small.

Annette teaches classes all over Auckland, visit her website for details.

3. Zumba
Zumba is the Latin American dance craze taking the world by storm. If you're an old hand or a newcomer, Auckland Zumba is a great place to get moving. With classes in Queen St, Birkdale, Glendowie, Henderson, Howick, Manukau, Northcote, Papakura, Parnell, Ponsonby, Remuera, St Heliers and Takapuna, they have the city covered. All instructors are certified, and genuine Latin Americans to give the classes an authentic flavour.
