3 feijoas
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 onion
Freshly ground black pepper

Chop the feijoas and onion into small pieces and mix together with the sugar and pepper - or puree.

Serve with steak, chicken or fish, or use the salsa as a dip.

Add a tablespoon of fresh, chopped coriander for a different flavour twist.
