Dannevirke's Pam Henricksen has been involved with the Dannevirke and Districts A&P Show since her high school years and isn't about to say ''no more'' any time soon.
"I came along to the show when I was in high school competing as a rider, but when I was looking through the home industries exhibits someone asked if I would like to help. So at 16 I was here helping out and I've never looked back. It just snowballed," she said.
Pam went on to become the home industries representative on the A&P association, is now vice-president of the organisation and was made a life member in 1998.
Keen to promote the home industries section of the show, Pam also enters.
"I'm very, very thrilled with my results in the handcrafts section," she said. "This year was the first time I'd entered the crochet section and I won," she said.
