A 20-year-old man pleaded not guilty in the Napier District Court this morning to endangering the safety of the public by allowing alcohol to be consumed on an unlicensed premises, and to managing an unlicensed premises, also known as "BME House Party Round 2," as a place where alcohol was consumed.
The man was charged after a party described by police as a "Facebook fiasco" attracted up to 1500 people in Napier last month.
He was remanded to appear again for a judge alone case review on July 27.
