Recipe: Fig, rocket, parmesan and prosciutto salad

1. Arrange a bed of rocket leaves on your salad plate.

2. Tear a couple of slices of prosciutto (or very thinly sliced ham) and drop these onto the rocket.

3. Halve some small figs and add.

4. Shave some parmesan over the salad.

5. Toast a few pine nuts and add.

Mix a little honey with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and lightly dress the salad.
