150g butter
150g sugar
1 size 6 egg yolk
250g self raising flour
30g cocoa
90g of your favourite block chocolate

1 Heat oven to 190C

2 Cream butter and sugar then beat in yolk. Sift in flour and cocoa. This will form a nice dough to roll.

3 Roll out to 5mm thick and cut out 18 rounds with a cookie cutter.

4 Chop up your favourite chocolate block and place in the middle of the rounds.

5 Cut out another 18 rounds with a bigger cutter to go over the top and seal with your fingers. Bake for 10 minutes.

Leave to cool but eat soon while the chocolate inside is still soft.
