Amanda Bynes has dodged another legal bullet with police deciding not to charge the US actress with DUI following her arrest last year.
The embattled Hairspray star was reportedly found to have Adderall, a drug commonly used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), in her system when she was pulled over by police in Los Angeles in September.
The amount was considered too little for the Los Angeles City Attorney to prosecute.

However, it's not all good news for Bynes - the actress' case has been referred to the District Attorney, who could choose to revoke her probation and place her in jail over the drug use if it's ruled a violation of the terms of her freedom, reports TMZ.com.
