The 35-year-old comic - and close pal of
Jennifer Aniston
(total BFF) - went for the jugular and let rip with a verbal assault against
Brad Pitt
's partner during a stand-up show in Newark, New Jersey.
"I hate her too, I hate that b****," Handler said of Jolie. "She's a homewrecker, she is." Handler said while mocking a heckling audience member.

FYI, Handler recently returned from a weekend in Mexico with best mate Aniston, who Pitt ditched for Jolie after hooking up on the set of their film,
Mr. & Mrs. Smith
.
While the pair denied they'd had an affair while the actor was married to the
Friends
star, raised cynical eyebrows beg to differ. Legend has it the pair fell in love on the movie set months before Pitt's break-up from Aniston. Quite the scandal.
In a nutshell, Handler's totally got Aniston's back, and she's also fighting her battles for her now it seems.

Handler continued on her rant: "She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to," she said of Jolie who has adopted three kids with Pitt.

, Jolie's 9-year-old adopted son, she said: "He's probably so p****d off. He probably thought he hit the jackpot [after being] rescued [by] some A-list actress who's going to take him from third-world Cambodia, only to find out she's going to take him to every other f***ing third-world country in the universe.
"He's probably like, 'B***h, when are we going to get to Malibu?'" Handler said.
"I don't f***ing believe you. She gives interviews, 'I don't have a lot of female friends.' Cause you're a f**king c*** ... you're a f***ing b***h."

Of Handler's rant,
she has the hates for the actress (like it wasn't obviously).
"Chelsea hates Angelina and doesn't for one second buy that she is this good person rescuing children in need around the World," says the snitch. "Everyone in Hollywood is scared to say what they really think about Angelina except Chelsea."
The E! talk show host has since defended herself
, saying "I have been making fun of angelina jolie for years. Period."
I wonder what Aniston thinks of Handler's little tirade. She's face-palming surely? With friends like that...
If anything, it just makes Aniston and her BFF look like a pair of Bitter Bettys.
