iPhone 7: How Twitter reacted

Who knew people were so fond of the analog headphone jack?

Apple announced this morning the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus doesn't have a headphone jack. Instead, headphones connected by the lightning port at the base of the phone would be included in the sale of the smartphone.

An adaptor to connect traditional analog heapdhones to the lightning port would also be included.

People on Twitter were not impressed.

Apple also unveiled wireless headphones called AirPods, which can connect with the phone wirelessly through a new technology called W1.

The AirPods were the subject of a bit of Twitter mockery.
