NZAM has appointed Jonathan Mason as a non-executive director to its Board. Mr Mason is a director of Air New Zealand, Vector, Zespri and an adjunct professor of management at the University of Auckland, specialising in international finance.

Chapman Tripp has promoted three new senior solicitors in the firm's Auckland and Wellington offices. Daniel Kenyon specialises in all aspects of commercial property law. Jeremy Upson specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in commercial and public law disputes. Kate Yesberg advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including disputes involving international elements.

Baldwins have appointed

Paul Johns

as head of dispute resolution in their Auckland office.

PwC has appointed Lyn Hunt as consulting partner and Ravi Mehta as tax and private business partner and the firm's India Market Leader, who will both be based in the Auckland office.
