Tauranga Lotto players have missed out on the historic $40 million prize pool from last night's draw, but all is not lost.
At least one Tauranga punter is now $19,499 richer after winning their share of second division.
The ticket was sold at Paper Plus Mount Maunganui.
The winner joins 50 others, including people who bought tickets from Opotiki New World in the Easter Bay of Plenty and New World Westend in Rotorua.
Anyone who bought their ticket from the winning store should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at mylotto.co.nz or through Lotto NZ's ticket-checker smartphone app
