Water has been cut to properties on 3rd Avenue. Photo/Andrew Warner

Water has been cut to 29 properties on 3rd Avenue, Tauranga, due to construction damage.

The properties affected on 3rd Avenue are between Devonport and Cameron Road.

Tauranga City Council said there was an emergency water shutdown at 8.30am this morning, but water is expected to be back on after 11.30am.
