A man accused of pointing a gun at armed police following a call-out to a stabbing incident is expected to appear in court again today.
A 43-year-old man was arrested following a domestic-related stabbing in Bethlehem at the weekend.
The man initially appeared in court yesterday and is expected to stand before a judge again this morning.
He was charged with two counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, one count of cultivating cannabis, one count of using a firearm against an officer, and one count of unlawful possession of a .22 calibre rifle.
Meanwhile, a Bay man who armed himself with an air pistol and demanded money from a group of men walking on Dive Cres has avoided jail.
