Lane and speed reductions for Eastern Link

Add a comment

Work is continuing on the Tauranga Eastern Link and the following delays and road changes will be happening this week.

The two westbound lanes on State Highway 2, between Mangatawa and Te Maunga, will be reduced to one lane tomorrow between 9am and 4pm.

This will allow for the preparation works for the completion of the Te Maunga roundabout to happen.

On Thursday, a 50km/h temporary speed restriction will be in place and traffic lanes will be moved on SH2, between Te Maunga and Bruce Rd, between 9am and 4pm.

Both the east and westbound lanes will be moved to one side to allow concrete barrier maintenance.
