Mr Keogh said feedback had been great and he was expecting a big turnout for the party.
"I think everyone's having a bit of a laugh about it.'
But even if you were convinced the world was about to end you could still join the party, Mr Keogh said.
"The world's supposed to end on the 21st but that's in America so we've still got time."
The only difference would be the hangover you have when it goes up in smoke, he said.
The party starts at 8.30pm tomorrow.
