Kick off those ugg boots and emerge from your winter slumber with a weekend to celebrate spring at the three-day party Little Yoga Festival.
"It's an opportunity to come together to meet new people, to share a weekend that will be full of joy and it is also a weekend of rejuvenation," says organiser and festival director Emily Mowbray-Marks.
Little Yoga Festival is a vibrant arts and wellness festival which offers a bustling calendar of more than 80 workshops, classes and inspiring speakers within four festival spaces, including a six metre tee-pee tent.
Festival-goers to the Mount's very own yoga event can expect more than 40 different types of yoga during the weekend of September 15-17, opening on the Friday night.
Emily says there will be every sort of yoga available including acroyoga, aerial yoga, laughing yoga, yin, standup paddleboard yoga (SUP) and even sweat-inducing hot yoga.
