Counties Manukau Detectives investigating an attempted abduction of a nine-year-old girl in Manurewa are looking to identify a man who may be able to assist with the investigation.
The girl was walking home from school on Monday 24 November when a man attempted to pull her into a vehicle atthe intersection on Arnwood Street and Wordsworth Road.
A man seen on CCTV at the nearby Wordsworth Superette may have important information about the incident and Police would like to speak with him as soon as possible.
"This man may be a witness to the incident or may be able to offer some other valuable information," says Detective Matt Kay of Manurewa CIB.
