Citroën C3’s new online configurator lets you experiment with the colour of the body, roof, wheels and interior to create a combination that is totally unique. Here Viva designer Lucy Casley, stylist Rosie Herdman and photographer Rebecca Thomas get creative.

When it came to customising my Citroën C3, the only hard part was choosing from all the options! I was inspired by the Autumn/Winter 18 fashion collections and chose a warming palette of red with black accents. The size and shape of the Citroën are perfect for me as it’s a practical yet stylish car I can use around town when sourcing garments for shoots.

I love the idea of personalising my car to match my individual style. Using the configuration options on the Citroën website, it was straightforward and fun with 36 possible colour combinations. For an exterior colour I opted for almond green with accents of opal white for the roof; this reflects my style as a soft tonal dresser. I then used the colour choices of the seat trim to reinforce the soft tones throughout.

The creative proccess of choosing colours and finishes on the Citroën site is super easy. I went for classic black with a splash of colour to accessorise - like an extension of my camera bag. My personal style is a mix of laidback yet glamorous. I love the contrast of this Knuefermann dress with diamond earrings. For work, my look needs to be practical and hard wearing, but still look great.
