CHORIZO SKEWERS RECIPE WITH CIABATTA AND POTATO
Makes 12
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 12 baby potatoes, boiled
• Salt and pepper
• 2 chorizo sticks, cut into 6 slices
• 12 semi-dried tomatoes
• 12 coriander leaves
• 12 ciabatta croutons
• Olive oil to drizzle
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan to a medium heat. Add the potatoes and toss until
