Rabobank's animal proteins analyst Blake Holgate spoke to The Country's Jamie Mackay today about a new paper he has written called Maximising the Value of New Zealand Lamb.
Jamie and Blake also take a trip back in time to February 15, 1882, when the Dunedin set sail to the United Kingdom with New Zealand's first shipment of frozen sheep meat.
