A Tauranga man accused of deliberately stabbing three men has been acquitted on all charges.
Gurcharan Singh, 37, who was on trial in Tauranga District Court denied one count each of assault and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and two counts of wounding with reckless disregard for the safety of others.
The jury in the trial retired about 11am today and came back at 2.45pm to deliver their verdict.
