Tautoro School Board of Trustees are currently seeking an innovative, highly organised person to work in our school office (32 hours 30 minutes per week)
Duties will include:
Providing a welcoming and caring environment for all students, staff and visitors
Liaising with students, staff, outside providers, community and whanau
Have digital expertise and sound filing systems
Organising school finances for Education Services
Organising fortnightly staff payments and liaising with Novopay
Secretary for BOT meetings (minutes)
Knowledge of Te Reo Maori me ōna tikanga, school systems (Etap) and a current first aide certificate is desirable
