Easter weekend in the Bay

Hawke's Bay once again proved itself the most happening place in New Zealand over the Easter break. Events included a Big Easy cycle ride including a first-time ever ride on the Hawke's Bay Airport runway, the Highland Games, the Napier Performing Arts competitions, a Bike n' Hike down Kahuranaki, the Puketapu Pub Pig Hunt and the start of the week-long National Youth Drama School.<br> Our photographers also attended sports events including Bay Hawks basketball, rugby, soccer, bucket racing, the 12-13 year-old interprovincial athletics, Hastings races and a national karate tournament.<br> 18-21 April, 2014.
