1/2 a cooked barbecue chicken, chopped
1 cup wholegrain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
4 hamburger buns
Preheat oven to 180C. Mix chicken, breadcrumbs and sour cream together and season with salt and pepper. Roll into burger patties and bake for 20 minutes. Serve in buns with lots of salad and barbecue sauce. - Makes 4
Optional: Place on a hot barbecue with a little olive oil and cook for four minutes, or until golden brown, then flip and cook for a further three minutes.
