4 sheets puff pastry
500g lean mince
400g jar of your favourite pasta sauce
2 cups frozen peas, corn and capsicums, thawed
Preheat oven to 200C. In a non-stick frying pan brown mince, add veges and season. Pour in sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. While simmering, cut six large rounds into each sheet of pastry. Line a non-stick muffin tray with 12 rounds, spoon in mince mix and top with final rounds of pastry. Seal with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry is nice and golden. Makes 12.
